Model 231

Legislative Decree 8 June 2001 n. 231 introduced the principle of the responsibility of entities and companies into our legal system. The Decree provides for the application of sanctions against the entity/company whose top management or other employees have committed, in the exercise of their functions, certain crimes in the interest and/or advantage of the entities or companies themselves.
With self-determination of the Sole Director dated 27 March 2024, the company Raggi Costruzioni e Restauri srl approved its Organizational Model.
